Dr Gloria Somolekae (amụrụ 3 Novemba afọ 1958) is the head of the Governance and Administration Unit at w:Botswana Institute for Development Policy Analysis (BIDPA). Dr Somolekae holds a Phd in Public Administration from Maxwell School, Syracuse University, USA
