NkówáTillstrom allison bankhead kukla show.JPG
English: Publicity photo of Tallulah Bankhead with Fran Allison, Burr Tillstrom and Delores from Kukla, Fran, and Ollie television program.

. The show aired on NBC from 1947 to 1954. The Big Show aired on NBC Radio during 1950 and 1951; NBC's publicity release mentions Bankhead as the star of that program. They wouldn't waste time and effort promoting a show that was no longer being aired. The NBC "microphone" logo shown on the publicity release was used by the network from 1948 to 1953. Bankhead died in 1968. Tillstrom died in 1985, and the puppets were willed to the Museum of Broadcast Communications. Allison died in June 1989, so the October 1989 date stamp would not be when the photo was taken. Someone has written "2-51" on the publicity release and this appears to be the correct date.
